Double Room - with 2 single beds for Two

Family of 3, my husband and our son live at the property, and we work from home. Our son Alex is an active 11-year-old that always stays in his room, plays the piano and ROBLOX.

⭐️Not suitable for someone that works from home.

⭐️Not suitable for party type, no loud music or parties.

⭐️We are looking for clean, honest and peaceful occupants.

⭐️Short-term preferable but willing to consider long stay if the occupant willing to pay in advance.

⭐️ NIGHTLY RENTAL
The cost for ONE NIGHT STAY is only £60 per night. Yes, we accept ONE NIGHT STAY.

⭐️WEEKLY RENTAL
The cost for WEEKLY RENTAL is only £275.00 per night,
all bills included.

⭐️ SHARED SPACE
The kitchen, dining area and the bathroom are all shared spaces. There is only one bathroom in the house, comes with a standing shower, bath and toilet.

⭐️ YOUR ROOM
There are two single beds in the room that can be put together to make a super king if require. The room is on the third floor, all the way to top, a loft conversion, at the back of a mid-terrace house that was built 1908. The house is a bit old, quite a bit of squeaky stairs to climb. TV is provided in the room, it is only connected to NETFLIX and YOUTUBE, microwave, fridge and kettle are provided in the room.

⭐️ WASHING MACHINE
YES, you can use the washing at any time. Happy to assist. NO CLOTHES DRYER PROVIDED. A clothes airer is provided and you can hang the clothes on the large radiator in the room.

⭐️ NO SHOES IN HOUSE
Your outdoor shoes are left at the front door. If you have an indoor slipper, yes, you can wear it inside the house.

⭐️ NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE
There is a park/common only 1 minute walk from the house, we request that you go there to smoke.

Free parking area, if the space is available.

5 minuets walk from the house

* Woolwich Arsenal Station to connect to the DLR, Elizabeth Line and the National Rail service.
