I'm searching for a female roommate to share a spacious 2-bedroom duplex apartment in Royal Arsenal Riverside starting from April 1st!

The apartment features bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom on each floor, offering the option for your own allocated bathroom. The available room is a comfortable double.

Conveniently located just a short walk away are two nearby stations: one connected to the Elizabeth line (Woolwich station - 5 minutes away) and the other to the DLR and trains to central london (Royal Arsenal Woolwich - 8 minutes away). You'll also find all local amenities nearby, including halal shops. Just steps away, a scenic walk along the River Thames awaits, while a resident-only 24/7 gym is just a two-minute stroll across the street.

I'm a sociable Muslim woman who enjoys staying active with gym sessions and long walks. I have interests in traveling, investments (trading), economics, and football (proud Liverpool fan!). I am currently also learning Arabic and French!

I'm ideally seeking a like-minded female housemate. Originally hailing from Yorkshire, I'm friendly and outgoing, having recently settled in London. Love making my flat mate and myself a cuppa tea/coffee in the morning! Ideally, my flatmate would share an interest in halal dining (or vegetarian) and while I prefer a non-smoking (vaping is ok), non-drinking environment within the apartment, I don't mind as long as it's kept outside the flat.

I'm open to discussing living arrangements, including occasional visits from close friends and family. I value a comfortable and familial living environment, where we can share communal spaces like family, enjoy occasional TV nights, and meals together. I'm also open to spontaneous trips abroad. I go to the office every day and also regularly travel internationally for work, so you will be able to have the flat to yourself at times.

Additionally, I value maturity, responsibility, and respect in my flatmates, alongside a zest for life, humour, and ambitious pursuits. Even a housemate who is multilingual (so I can learn different languages 😉) and possibly international, and who is in search of a friendly living environment.
