It’s a big room! With a new comfortable bed, and big bright window allowing lots of light.

The ground floor room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, ample drawers for storage, a TV with a firestick to watch Netflix or Disney+ etc and a desk with a monitor if you need to work or study.

You'll have exclusive access to a private bathroom with a toilet, bath, shower and bidet - just across the hall.

It’s my home and I’m happy to share it with you. I live and work (most of the time) in the flat but there is a lot of space if you want to do your own thing. I am out often so I won’t be hanging around all the time. The kitchen has lots of gadgets - air fryer, dishwasher, toastie machine etc. (I know it looks bare in the photo!)

You’re welcome to use the huge living room and dining room area.

This could be longer term rolling for the right person.
