£875 Woolwich Double Room Available (2 bed flat)

Hi, This is a 2 bed flat in woolwich less than a 10 minute walk from the station and supermarket. I am looking for someone to replace the rest of my lease which is 14 more months. Can move in right away. The rent is £850 bills not included.


There is already another Flatmate living here who you will share with. It is on the third floor and has no lift. The room fits a wardrobe (included with the room) and a double to king size bed, ( bed is not included). The room is currently painted a light blue but can be painted back to the original colour (dark grey) if preferred. There is a shared bathroom with a shower and tub. The sharing Flatmate has a cat which will also be living here so you must be pet friendly.
