Hi! I currently have a room available in SE18. It is located two minutes walk away from a bus that takes you directly to Woolwich station (Elizabeth Line) and Woolwich Arsenal station (DLR). Charlton and Blackheath station are similarly close by.

The flat consists of:

2 double bedrooms (1 is occupied by myself)
1 bathroom
1 kitchen (inc. washer dryer, dishwasher, oven)
1 living room
1 balcony
- parking space is available

The entire flat has recently gone through a full renovation, thus everything is new and in perfect condition. Given there are only two rooms, the flat is clean, quiet and spacious. Currently, I am finishing off the furnishing and decorations of the flat.

I would prefer someone who is either a full-time student or in full-time employment, with no preference of gender - just be clean please, please, please! I'd like for us to be friendly and get along well however I also really value my quiet time and personal space and thus, this is not a party flat and I am not a fan of frequent guests. No couples, sorry!
