One large double bedroom in a newly refurbished 2 bedroom flat. New to renting a room so ideally looking for someone on a 6 month contract to rent one room, but that would benefit from the use of a whole flat. Potential to extend or consider renting the other room after the 6 months but want to ease into the lodger process

I am a live out landlord.

Currently unfurnished but open to buying the basic bedroom furniture or someone bringing in their own.
