You will be taking over my share of the property for the remaining duration of the contract. The remaining tenancy length is for 9 months, however, there is a 3 months break clause. You and the existing flatmate are only be entitled to terminate the contract after 21/01/2025 with two months notice. Please note that there is a possibility that the existing tenant will exercise their right to break the contract before the 9 months period is over.
