I am friendly, sociable, open-minded and value a peaceful and tidy home environment. I am looking for a likeminded professional who respects the space, keeps the flat tidy whilst having fun and ensuring they can feel comfortable in this space. I work in the office most of the week and spend a lot of evenings out with friends, living a very active social life, so there will be lots of time for you to enjoy the space alone - everything you need to feel like home. Always up for a chat and to spend time with you, and equally provide you with space to relax.

Woolwich station (Elizabeth line/DLR) - 30 minutes walk, 10 minutes drive, 10 minutes bus.
North Greenwich (Jubilee line) - 25 minutes via bus, one hour walk.
Blackheath - 30 mins walk, 10 minutes drive, 20 mins via bus
Greenwich/Cutty Sark - 60 mins walk, 15 mins drive, 25 mins via bus
Local, convenience stores in walking distance.
1x designated Parking space (permit will incur additional cost), and free parking nearby

Private space:
The room is furnished with a double bed with linen, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
You will also have access to your own bathroom with toilet / sink, but bath and shower is shared with me.
Storage - Under ottoman bed, storage cupboard and loft.

Shared space
Plenty of storage space - loft and a storage cupboard with lots of space.
Access to washing machine, tumble dryer, drying facilities (rack), ironing board, iron.
Access to communal balcony on third floor, not overlooked with stunning green views and plenty of sunlight.
Access to kitchen and all utensils, crockery, microwave, oven.
Access to living room, TV with all subscription services.

Rent includes all bills - electricity, WiFi, council tax (Band C), water, TV license, most streaming services is covered.
