Room available in Penthouse

Hello guys,

One of our flatmates is moving out end of November, and we need someone to take her place! The flat is located in Royal Arsenal, the flat has only been occupied since 2023 so it's a beautiful new-build. It has got floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Thames river as well as the rest of London.

Included in the rent is a spa, cinema room, gym & 24/7 concierge. It's a beautiful place to live.

It's a 5-min walk to the Elizabeth line, and a 10-min walk to the DLR & overground.

It has lots of nearby shops, Lidl is a 3-minute walk, big Tesco & small Tesco 5-10m away, M&S, Sainsbury's etc as well as lots of restaurants!

The flat is occupied by myself & Aniyah, we are both working professionals who are out the flat most days into the evenings due to work. Besides my 60-hour work week I'm also doing my masters in Law & the Barrister course so it's important that our flatmate isn't a big fan of parties! Those days are behind us.

We are looking for someone who is considerate & clean. The flat is spotless 24/7 and we have a deep clean every single week done by one of the flatmates, it's someone else's turn every week. We don't mind having friends around in moderation, but as we work a lot we prefer having a peaceful, quiet night in. You will also be sharing a bathroom with myself, so again, cleanliness is important!

The room is £1100 a month without bills, with bills it roughly comes to £1250.
