My current housemate is moving out to a family home and most of his furniture can stay if you wish to buy it off him or he will sort removing it. The Flat comes partially prefurnished from the landlord with wardrobes in both rooms, coffee table and glass cabinet in the living room.
Currently I work in the living room but the plan is to move to the ensuite room to move my desk into there, free the living room for your desk should you want the space or just to free up the living room in general.
Bit about me: friendly housemate who mostly works from home in engineering, enjoy playing some board games, making a cocktail and heading out into town for food and a bit of travel here and there.
