Lodger wanted

Hi all,

I’ll be travelling for a while due to work so will have my flat available for a lodger in the meantime. Due to the nature of my job I’m not really in the flat other than once every 6 weeks nowadays (if that). My family home is 5mins away from the flat so I tend to go there more (free food lol) instead of stay in the flat.

I am currently looking for someone to sublet to in the meantime as it’s a property that could do with some life and essence in it. The flat is fully furnished, and a 4min walk to Plumstead station (this is based on me being 5ft as a medium paced walker lol) whilst Woolwich (Elizabeth line) is only a 5min bus journey or a 13min walk.
The property is in council tax band b (this is included in the rent amount along with water and wifi). Bills (gas and electricity) are based on pay as you go so you top up what you use, can be really cheap which it has been tor me.

Please note, this is for a single occupant, if there are couples wanting to stay then the rent amount would increase to £1600 as usage would be more (I. e., water bill)
