We have a bright, recently renovated double room available in our lovely SE18 home – just a 10–15-minute walk to Woolwich & Woolwich Arsenal (Elizabeth Line, DLR, Southeastern, Thameslink). Perfect for commuting across London or heading to the city.

The House & Room: Recently renovated throughout few bits to go. Getting the gardens ready for the summer! Its our property, we bought, and we are wanting to have the right person to join our home.

Clean and bright double bedroom (furnished with king bed/double wardrobe]. Access to the main bathroom.
Spacious kitchen, gas cooking, with everything you could need and living area.

Let Details: We are wanting to start with Short Term let [1-3 months] and if things go well then will consider medium/longer term lets [3+ months]. Room could be a good interim place for someone moving over from say Europe/US/Aus/NZ etc before their main place is available. Open to discussion.

Rent: £850 per month [bills included gas/electricity/water/broadband/council tax band C]. Security deposit required. *Water/gas/electricity included with reasonable usage.

Available: 1 June 2025 - happy to discuss other dates.

You: We’re looking for someone clean, easy-going, respectful, and generally easy to live with, someone who appreciates a peaceful home environment.

Us: We’re a professional couple (Natasha [36] & David [42]) originally from Australia, who’ve been living in London for 10 years. We work full-time in corporate jobs, one of us is based at home four days a week, the other two days per week. Outside of work, Natasha teaches Reformer Pilates and am quite active out and about.

Fur Friends: We share the space with two adorable cats: Atillio (Himalayan cross) and Abigail (Scottish Fold cross), who are both friendly and curious. You are not expected to care for them just be nice to them.
