Lodger wanted: double room in maisonette w/garden

Lodger wanted for queer household! £700 pcm, bills included. Happy to split the cost of a cleaner too :)

Double room available in ground floor maisonette with south-facing garden.

I'm looking to build my queer community and share my home with a likeminded person. I'd like to live with an easy-going, clean, friendly and respectful housemate who happy to socialise and have dinner together, etc., but also values independence and personal space. Bonus for anyone who is down for a boardgame night or a queer pub quiz.

I have a super happy two y/o labradoodle named Wilbur who loves people, so dog lovers would be very welcome here.

I grow lots of fruits veggies in the garden, which comes with a table and chairs and some sun loungers too. I am an aerialist, so have pole and aerial equipment that can be put up in the garden when the weather is nice.

Really near lots of green spaces, including Bostall Woods and the East Wickham Open Space. Roughly 10 mins on the bus to the Woolwich Elizabeth line, or a 30 minute walk to Abbey Wood Station, Plumstead Station, and Welling Station.

The bed is an ottoman bed so has plenty of storage. Includes large chest of drawers and clothes rail for hanging things up.

Am thinking of going travelling for a couple of months at some point in the next year, so if you fancied taking care of Wilbur whilst I am away, I'd be happy to offer reduced rent in exchange for dog care. Don't worry if not, just putting it out there :)

Room is available now. I'd love someone to move in September if possible.
