Full flat -- half price for cat-sitting

I'm away for a month, leaving a lovely one bedroom flat with a large balcony, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom and spacious living room. I would normally charge £1800 per month for a short let, but it's available half price (i. e. £900) to someone who's willing to feed and tolerate a grumpy (but not aggressive) cat. All bills, council tax and wifi included.

Ideal for a cat-lover visiting London and looking to avoid hotel and Airbnb prices.
