We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our stunning 3-bed penthouse apartment from 30th September.

✨ About the flat

✨ About us
We’re both around 25 years old, friendly and easygoing, and looking for someone similar to join our home. We’re not into heavy partying, so ideally you’re respectful, clean, and like a chilled atmosphere.

✨ Requirements
1. Minimum salary of £35k/year
2. No IVA’s or CCJ’s
3. At least one landlord reference
4. Willing to join a joint tenancy
5. Comfortable living with a cat 🐾

📅 Move-in date: 30th September

Rent is £1125 per month without bills, approx £150 for bills, PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT IS £1307!
