I’m looking for a professional to occupy a newly-renovated double room in a semi-detached house, with generous amounts of shared indoor and outdoor space, privacy, and great transport links to the Elizabeth Line and DLR.
You would be one of up to 3 professionals (but mostly 2, as I travel for work a lot) staying at this modernized and functional house in a very chill part of SE London.
The room:
- King-size art deco-style bed with mattress, pillows and set of linen
- Floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes (tons of storage in this room)
- Side table and lamp
- Lock on door and personal key for you
- Additional furniture can be provided
The house:
- Large newly-renovated shared living room with 3-seater sofa, wood flooring, dining table/chairs, and multiuse desk area (great for chilling, eating or hybrid working)
- Modern shared kitchen with kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and grill, large fridge-freezer, toaster
- Shared bathroom with towel rail, sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combo
- Shared entry porch/shoe room
- Double glazed windows throughout
- New boiler and radiators installed
- Roof and cavity wall insulation
The outdoor space:
- Lush shared garden with patio and table/chairs
- American-style gas BBQ for all to use
- Side-access to garden with security gate and lock (convenient if you're cycling)
- Large shared shed for bike/general/gardening storage
- Driveway for one car which I won't be using (otherwise free street parking across the neighborhood)
The area:
- Quiet, leafy street
- 100m from 291 bus-stop (12mins to Woolwich Station and Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth Line and DLR)
- Tesco, Co-Op and corner shops nearby
- Nearby parks and walking trails galore (8 to 10 min walk to Plumstead Common and Winn's Common)
- Private tennis courts nearby
