We are offering a spacious studio flat available for short-term rental. Ideally, the tenancy would run for up to 8 months (from now until May/June), though a shorter term may be considered.

The studio has been recently refurbished and is clean, bright, and well-presented. It will be available from 25 September at a rent of £950 per month, which includes wireless broadband, council tax, water, and central heating. Electricity will be billed separately based on usage.

The flat is located on the ground floor and comes furnished, with central heating, a kitchen annex, and a private bathroom.

Conveniently, there is a bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to Woolwich, where the Elizabeth Line, National Rail, and DLR services can be reached in under 15 minutes.

We are seeking a short-term tenant who can move in at the end of September or beginning of October, with a tenancy lasting until early summer (negotiable).
