Female PREFERRED - A lovely clean double room is available for a rent to a working profesional from the early February. The room has plenty of light and storage. Flat is located in a quiet area, and windows are facing green communal area. Very quiet during night and clean air.
The whole household is very friendly and chilled.
Shared facilities - kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom & toilet. The flat is on the second floor.
In total, there will be two people (females) living in property (a new flatmate and myself).
Ideal flatmate - the room is female, age 23 plus, professional, easygoing, friendly, clean, respectful and likes cats. :)
Kitties are a big part of this household. They are loving, playful and amazing. They are a part of the family. I am looking for a flatmate who is comfortable and fully ok with cats :).
It is a lovely place to live in and relax. Flat has lots of natural light.
