Lovely Room in Townhouse.

This is a lovely room in a town house which is for single occupancy only. It is an excellent place for someone who likes a relaxed atmosphere on a quiet and peaceful road.
It has excellent transport links. It's ten minutes walk to Woolwich Town Centre which has the Elizabeth Line, DLR, Woolwich Trains Station, Uber boat and plenty of busses to take you anywhere you would like to go.

The room itself has two wardrobes a double bed, desk, small bedside table. It is ideal for someone is looking for a short let, but also open to longer stays for the right person. There isn't much storage in the house so would suit someone who doesn't have furniture and lots of belongings.
I am ideally looking for someone who is either a mature student or working professional who is clean and tidy and doesn't work from home. The Queen Elizabeth hospital is close by with a bus stop a few minutes walk away for anyone who works at the hospital too.

I work from home in the media industry and like to keep the communal area's clean for everyone to enjoy. I enjoy going to the theatre, comedy shows and gym.
