I have two lovely double bedrooms available in a cosy, very quiet and homely flat that is kept to an immaculate standard, ideal for a young student or professional. Bedroom one is £800 per month and bedroom two is £900 per month, both with all bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband).

The flat has been thoughtfully decorated to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel relaxed and very much at home. I am the landlord but I do not live in the flat permanently – I only visit and stay for a few days from time to time, always with prior notice and at reasonable times, so you will usually have the flat to yourselves. I am looking for tidy, respectful tenants who will appreciate a peaceful environment and look after the property.
