Hey everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our beautiful 3-bedroom penthouse apartment from around 4th July. Ideally, the initial stay would be until early/mid August, but we’re pretty flexible and could potentially extend until September/October for the right person.

📍 Walking distance to Woolwich Dockyard, Woolwich Arsenal (Elizabeth Line), Woolwich High Street, shops, restaurants, and transport links

About us:
We’re three working professionals in our early 30s (30-31) working across different professional industries. We’re friendly, respectful, and pretty easy-going.

The flat is honestly ideal if you value having your own space. It’s large enough that everyone can do their own thing, work, relax, and enjoy a bit of privacy. At the same time, we’re always happy to have a chat, share a glass of wine, watch something together, or hang out when it happens naturally. No pressure either way.

We’re ideally looking for a female working professional who is clean, respectful, and looking for a relaxed, comfortable home rather than just a place to stay.
