Double Room in Greenwich / Woolwich

We are renting a double bedroom in our 2-bed flat. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, mattress, desk, bedside table and under bed storage. Everything in the room is very new, and the lodger will have access to their own bathroom. Due to the room size, we prefer to let it short term (up to 3-4 months) or on a Monday to Friday basis (rent can be adjusted accordingly.)

The flat is bright and airy, all windows face south, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, new kitchen and a nice living room. The rent includes unlimited broadband and all house bills. The owners are resposible for cleaning the communal areas, but you are expected to keep things tidy and keep the room clean. To move in, you will need one month rent and the standard one month deposit.

The building is 10 years old, it has a lift and free parking. The area is residential but offers good links to central London, the 02, Greenwich and Blackheath. North Greenwich is 25 minutes by bus. Blackheath, Charlton and Kidbrooke rail stations are a bus ride away (15-20 minutes). There is a supermarket just around the corner, a brand new gym with a massive heated outdoor swimming pool less than 10 minute walk from our front door and Queen Elizabeth hospital is just 7 minutes away.

You will be sharing with a female gay couple in their 30's. We work regular hours and have quite a busy social schedule. We are nice, open minded and quite chilled people. One of us is a light smoker but smokes only in the balcony. Two cats live in the property - they are quite old and sleep most of the time. You are not expected to interact with them but it is essential that you are comfortable with having pets around.

We are looking for people who are considerate, clean and independent. Preferably, you will be a professional with a regular schedule, but we are happy to welcome mature students.
