This room is light, airy and has wooden floor boards giving it a country feel.

The shared kitchen is large and another space to hang out. Flatmates tend to catch up here. There is a good sized, bathroom and an extra toilet/WC.

It is Woolwich based and less than 10 mins walk to the train station, DLR and Elizabeth line. -20 mins to Tottenham court Rd; 30 mins to Charing X and less than 20 mins to London Bridge. You can get to Canary Wharf in 10 mins and Stratford in about 20 mins. If you want to travel in style you can pick up the commuter boat, the clipper (15 min walk).

Short stays £1050 pcm. With a pet an extra £100 pcm will be charged.

If you want use of the large art studio in garden as an office or gym or storage this is available at £250 pcm. If parking required there is a small additional cost which can be discussed. The garden is huge, maintained and beautiful.

I am an experienced, private landlord and I'm on the other end of the phone when ever you need. I respond very quickly to questions or issues so your stay is as comfortable as possible.
