This is a gay flatshare for someone who is looking for a peaceful friendly place where they can chill out, unwind, relax and feel at home in. Share with just one other gay male.

I have a one double bedroom with a wardrobe, writing desk, sofa, bookcase and TV with Freeview, with shared use of the lounge, dining room, kitchen (which has a dishwasher, combination microwave, washing machine and dryer etc) and bathroom.

As you can see from the photos the flat is spacious and on 2 floors, and is bright cheerful and sunny. There is also use of the large lawned garden which has a table and chairs.

Utility bills are £65 per month.

There is broadband and wifi in all rooms.

The nearest station is Woolwich Arsenal which is 5 minutes walk for mainline and the DLR. There are direct trains to London Bridge being 20 minutes, Charing Cross 30 minutes and Stratford in 15 minutes. There are also buses directly into Charing Cross, including night buses which take approximately 30 minutes.

There is a leisure centre approximately 100 yards from my flat which has a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and sports hall.

There are has partial river views – the Thames being about a 150 yards from my flat, it has a very pleasant walkway looking into East London and there is a also a free ferry service across the river which operates every 10 minutes which will get you north of the river.

If you don't fancy the ferry you could always use the foot tunnel which goes under the Thames which is also about a 150 yards from my flat!

There is also a Thames Clipper Fast Commuter Service that goes to Canary Wharf, Greenwich Navel College and Cutty Sark, - change to go to Tate Modern, Embankment and London Bridge. There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket, and high street shops 2 to 5 minutes walk away, there is also a large Tesco within 5 minutes walk.

There are a variety of local pubs within 5 minutes walk and a beautiful Youngs Gastro Pub which is part of the Royal Arsenal development and riverside parkland.
