Friendly modern and new

Hello, I moved in a few months ago and I am looking for a cool flatmate to share it with.
The flat has most amenities, would suit Mon-Friday let. There is a shared bath with powerful shower. The room is a small double, small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet.
I keep the flat clean so would be looking for someone that enjoys living clean especially shared bathroom which is very clean.
If you like saving the environment switching off lights or plugs when not in use then we will be on one page.
I work longish hours and keep busy socialising and keeping fit. So you'd probably see me after 7pm most days.
