Spacious double bedroom in modern flat

Hi & Welcome to my home :-)

I am a female professional working in Canary Wharf. I have a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in the Woolwich/Charlton area.

I have a double room to rent with sole use of your own brand new renovated bathroom! The room comes with the bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, mirrors and shelves from the picture, anything else you are welcome to bring (desk etc).

I am looking for a respectful professional to share my home, ideally someone with a similar lifystyle. I work in the office 3 days a week, from home 2 days a week (or travel) and live outside of London most weekends. So this means you have sole use of the place from friday evening to Sunday midday / evening. However please note I may from time to time also stay at home during the weekend. In addition my current job requires me to travel regularly and on average at least once a month for a few days.

The flat has been renovated with a solid oak floor, modern kitchen with Bosch appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer / dryer, ninja airfryer, microwave etc etc). There is also access to a big balcony overlooking the green of Woolwich Common. Last but not least I've a wonderful cleaner who comes every 2 weeks which is included in the bills.

About 10 mins to Woolwich Arsenal DLR/Elizabeth Line, 20 mins bus to North Greenwich tube station, easy access to City Airport, Canary Wharf and the city. Not far from Blackheath and Greenwich Park.

There is a co-op 5 minute walk, Better Gym with 50m outdoor lido 7 min walk, Oxleas Wood and hornfair park on your doorstep (not to mention Greenwich park and beautiful Blackheath village only a short bike ride).
