Description
Hello,
My name is Alice and I currently live here with my boyfriend and another flatmate.
We are looking to find someone to occupy the biggest double bedroom in the house (15’8” x 8’4”). The room is furnished with a double bed and bedside cabinet, as well as a wardrobe fitted in the wall. It also has two sets of windows, one to the front of the house and one to the garden so you will have loads of light coming in.
There is a shared living room with two sofas and an armchair and a TV with SKY Q (includes movie and sports channels) as well as the possibility to stream from Netflix, IPlayer etc.
There is fast broadband included as well.
The kitchen is big and there is plenty of space for utensils.
There is also a lot of storage room in the house and two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Everything is new (including appliances) as the landlord has redecorated just before we moved in (beginning of October).
Also, the house is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac so no unwanted noises.
Our landlord is very helpful and he immediately replies to texts so that is always a bonus.
A little bit about ourselves:
I have finished advertising and I am currently doing an internship. I am interested in arts, dance, films and lazy evenings watching TV.
My boyfriend is a photographer and his main interests are art, music and films. The other flatmate, Scott, is going to be living here until December and he works for a bank in Canary Wharf, he is very respectful and quiet.
Both me and my boyfriend enjoy a drink every now and again so we would be happy to go round the pub for a pint and watch some TV together. We respect each other's space and privacy and if you want to hang out we are happy with that too.
The house is 10 minutes walk to the DLR (23 min to Stratford and 25 min to Bank from the station) and National Rail that gets you to London Bridge in 20 min and Waterloo in 25 min and 3 minutes walk to the bus that gets you here at night from central. It is also 10 minutes walk from the biggest Tesco in Europe and a few very nice pubs like Dial Arch and Tap Room (pub owned by local brewery).
Message or call me if you have any questions or want to come around and view it.
Updated photos of the living room soon.
