single room in clean, friendly house

We, a middle-aged couple, have a single room available in a comfortable, clean and welcoming house (HMO license) with shared bathroom/kitchen, a little garden and a cat.

We are looking for a considerate, respectful, reliable and responsible person who is happy to do his/her share in keeping our home lovely, clean and tidy. We want to make living together a good and fair experience for all of us.

Bills and Internet are included, a fortnight standard cleaning is charged separately (currently around £17/person/month). Otherwise we have a strict “clean-as-you-go” policy, meaning everyone always cleans and tidies up after themselves.

Woolwich town centre (with big Tesco) and Woolwich Arsenal Station (DLR and National Rail) is about 13 mins walk, to the new Elisabeth Line station about 18 mins.
There are also several buses going to Woolwich Town Centre as well as to London City and there is a small Coop,. div. Take Away's, cafe's, shops, post office etc. 2 min. up the road.
