I am travelling for 4 months and therefor looking to let my own room to someone whilst I am away. It is fully furnished and I own the flat. The other flat mate is 30, sporty, professional, he is a great guy and has lived with me for 2 years+.
The room / flat comes fully furnished.
All bills are included (subject to current levels) so its just food and toiletries etc.....
There is a washer dryer, dishwasher and a cleaner comes twice a month.
There is lots to do in the area, it is very safe and very popular with young professionals.
