Spacious double room in Penge

We are a creative, freelance couple with random work schedules, so often home during the week. We’re tidy but relaxed hosts who enjoy sharing a cup of tea and good conversation with our guests, while fully respecting their need for privacy and downtime.
Our home is a shared space, so we want guests to feel free to make use of the kitchen and communal areas fully.

We are a two storey flat, located on the first and second floor of the building. The shared kitchen, living room and hosts live on the first floor. The Room to rent is a large double room with a juliette balcony located on the second floor.
We have bathrooms on both floors, the bathroom upstairs is conveniently next to the rental room.

Council tax, bills and a monthly cleaner is included in the price.

We are near lots of useful stations.
Kent House station - 0.2 Miles (Herne Hill, Brixton, London Victoria etc)
Clock House station - 0.4 Miles (Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing cross etc)
Beckenham road Tram - 0.4 Miles (East Croyden, Wimbledon etc which accesses you to Brighton, Gatwick airport etc)
Penge West Overground - 0.6 Miles (Windrush line to Peckham, New cross, Shoreditch High street, Dalston etc)
Birkbeck station - 0.7 Miles (Trains to Tulse Hill, North & East dulwich, Peckham Rye)
