I am moving out and need someone to take over my room as my flatmate wants to stay! Great location as it is a 5min walk to Tulse Hill which goes to London Bridge or through Blackfriars and kings cross. Or West Dulwich is 10mins walk which takes you to Victoria in 15mins! Good location and a good price for the area.
My flatmate is a nice friendly guy, loves a good chat. Probably talk a lot about films! He works from home a lot and is quite quiet.
The double bedroom is quite large, about 4.4m by 2.9m. and it is south facing, over looking green trees.
Unfortunately no bills included but generally probably around another £200.
