20 mins to Victoria, jump off at Brixton for underground or Herne Hill, links to Blackfriars, 12 min walk to Gipsy Hill for London Bridge, or Sydenham for Overground. Good links to London airports of Gatwick, and Luton.
TIMINGS - Open to short term and longer term / Monday-Friday or all week.
RESPECTFUL - We’ve been house sharers individually, and as a couple for many years and respectful of privacy and doing own things, easy going, sociable, happy to chat, eat, drink, cuppa, sharers.
SIZE & SUNSET - The flat isn't the largest you'll find, but it does have nice little outside balcony space at the front and back, and you can see THE BEST sunsets, and the big city London views!
LOCATION - Good community feel, safe, green, and people get to know one another.
WALKABLE - Great pubs for Sunday roasts, parks Crystal palace, Brockwell park, bakeries and restaurants
FITNESS - We are in the London Borough of Southwark and they offer residents gym and swim free access at certain times of the week/weekend if that floats your boat!
STORAGE - There's plenty within the flat for 🧳 shoes, and luggage
BIKE - You can park it at the front door, or in the Estate's bike safe storage
