Double room available in LOVELY flat in Brixton

Hi there,
We're looking for someone to join our flat share from October 16th (move-in date flexible).

This is a great opportunity to live in the vibrant heart of South London in a fantastic house with some lovely flatmates.

The house:
A 3 bedroom Victorian maisonette split over 2 floors with a light and spacious living room and kitchen, a separate bathroom, shower room and 2nd WC.

The location and amenities:
These are excellent! with buzzing/foody Brixton Village Market, beautiful Brockwell Park, the Lido and leisure centre all on your door step. Brixton tube is a 10 minute walk and Herne Hill station a 7 minute walk. Herne Hill also has good shops/eateries and a nice village feel.

The room:
It is a double bedroom situated on the top floor of the house.

The current tenants are Bon, Grace and Suze who work respectively as a commercial analyst, visitor experience manager at the V&A, and yoga teacher / freelance graphic designer . Bon's been here 6 years, Grace for 6 months. and Suze 2 years.

The reason for availability is that both Suze and Grace are moving in with their respective partners. (definitely not my fault I promise - Bon)

Bon plays ultimate frisbee, enjoys going to the gym, board game nights and cooking for friends. He primarily works from home. He's a bit of a dork, and probably mildly autistic :D

Keen for potential housemates to treat the place as a home and not just a standard shared living situation.

Bills are around £120 p/m.

Due to the high level of interest, a £200 holding deposit will be needed to reserve the room. This is not an extra charge and will be deducted from the first month's rent when you move in.
