Double room available in LOVELY flat in Brixton

Hi there,
We're looking for someone to join our household from May 1st. This is a great opportunity to live in the vibrant heart of South London in a fantastic house with some lovely flatmates.

The house:
It is a 3 bedroom Victorian maisonette split over 2 floors with a light and spacious living room and kitchen, a separate bathroom, shower room and 2nd WC.

The location and amenities:
These are excellent! with buzzing/foody Brixton Village Market, beautiful Brockwell Park, the Lido and leisure centre all on your door step. Brixton tube is a 10 minute walk and Herne Hill station a 7 minute walk. Herne Hill also has good shops/eateries and a nice village feel.

The room
It is a double bedroom situated on the top floor at the back of the house where it is nice and quiet.

The current tenants are Bon and Suzannah who work respectively as a commercial analyst and yoga teacher. Bon's been here 5 years, Suzannah moved in a year ago and the third housemate has been here 3 years and is only moving out to move in with her boyfriend around the corner.

Suzannah likes to swim at the lido, go for local walks/runs with friends and gigs/exhibitions/shows.
Bon plays ultimate frisbee, enjoys going to the gym, and board game nights. He primarily works from home.
We both enjoy cooking and have dinner together whenever we are both in the flat, as well as the occasional cozy night in with friends.

Ideally looking for someone open and proactive/socially and environmentally engaged who wants to contribute to our little cozy sharing community in the house.

Bills are around £120 p/m.
