There’s a large garden with a summerhouse at the far end and a deck with a table and chairs. It’s a lovely spot for a cup of tea and a good book.

There are two toilets, with a shower and bath. A large glass backdoor allows plenty of sunlight and air into the open-plan living room and modern kitchen.

The house is 30 seconds away from a meadow, 3 minutes away from Grange Park (there are several lovely parks within walking distance), 4 minutes away from Sainsbury's; 13 minutes walk to Norwood Junction where the fast train will take you right to London Bridge in 12 minutes. (Thornton Health and Selhurst Stations are also a long slingshot away.)
