Double Room Within a Family Home SE25-October 2026

The room contains a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small fridge freezer, table and one chair. It also has direct access to the rear garden onto a east facing patio and is available from 1st October 2026. Please note this is a rentable room within a family home.
We are a English husband, Ukrainian Wife with a eighteen year old boy. We are a considerate household both of us work from home in our own allocated rooms. The house is well equipped with upstairs bathroom and shower room and downstairs toilet.
The kitchen was refurbished a few years ago and includes a gas cooker, oven, fridge freeze, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The house also has wifi. All bills are included, gas, electricity, and council tax. Landline phone is not. We also have one cat.
However we have plans to extend this room to include a kitchenette and bathroom at some point but this won`t be completed until next year and should`nt impact you living there.
We are looking for someone with good hygiene standards and a non-smoker.
Closest stations are Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath. Buses are 468, 68 and 57 are just a five minute walk away and there is free on road parking.
