I’m looking for someone to stay in my home while I’m travelling. It’s a bright, beautifully designed two bedroom top floor apartment with a huge open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, lots of natural light, plants, books and artwork.

It’s somewhere I really love living, so I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the space and look after it as their own.

Room 1 — Large en-suite + private terrace

A spacious, peaceful double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace, with open views across Crystal Palace and the lakes. There’s plenty of room to properly settle in, so it feels like much more than just a bedroom.

£1,150 a month for one person, including all bills.

The rent is reduced as I’m currently travelling and will be leaving some of my belongings stored in the room (mainly books!). This makes it particularly suited to someone looking for a comfortable home for a few months rather than a permanent long-term rental.

Room 2 — Currently taken (£1700 couple) including all bills

Available from 1st March for long-term rental.

A lovely double bedroom with its own private bathroom.

Location

Between Norwood Junction and Crystal Palace, with the 196 bus stopping right outside the flat.

All bills included

Internet, Council Tax, gas & electricity, water, service charge, Netflix and Apple TV.
