A very large room is available within a split level flat in a Victorian semi-detached house overlooking an open green with benches and beautiful historic trees (part of the Great North Wood). My home will suit a calm, considerate, clean and tidy person who is comfortable with visiting family and friends. My flatmate is my cousin with temporary stays with international trips.

Bedroom: Fully furnished with double bed, smart TV, desk with office chair , Ikea wardrobe, Ikea lounger armchair, pine chest of drawers and pine side table. Additional monitor is available if needed. The room benefits from a lovely view of the back garden. Communal back garden shared with ground floor flat and accessible by appointment in advance of use. Otherwise there is an open space less than 50 feet with the green opposite. A cleaner is arranged weekly or every 2 weeks for the home including the bedroom.

Norwood junction is a 15 minute walk or 3mins on the bus and which gets you into London Bridge in 12 minutes also access to overground for lively Shoreditch, Whitechapel, New Cross, Highbury & Islington or Dalston. Bus stop 1 minute walk which gets you to Norwood Junction 3mins, Penge 12 mins, Dulwich, 20 mins, Peckham 40 minutes and East Croydon 10 mins.
