3-Bed House to Rent in SE26 - Flexible Let

🏡 3-Bed House to Rent: Short-Term / Flexible Let

Our 3-bedroom house in Sydenham is available to rent from immediately, on a short-term or flexible tenancy.
We’re trying to sell the property, but not having much luck with the current economy. That means you get a home on flexible terms, without being tied into a long contract. We will likely remove it from the market and relaunch it in 2027.

What to know:
* Flexible length: a few months up to 12 months, to suit you.
* Realistic notice: if the house goes under offer, a sale usually takes several months to complete. You’d get plenty of notice, with no sudden move-out.
* Move in quickly: the house is available ASAP
* Viewings: the house may be shown to potential buyers from time to time, always with notice and at times that work around you.
* Good for: people between homes, relocating for work, waiting on a purchase, renovating, or just wanting a place without a long commitment.
