This room is available now for short term let. 2nd bedroom is single, with triple wardrobe, dressing table and underbed storage. The dressing table mirror is not fixed, so it can be moved if you want to use it as a desk. Available now for either short term let or up to a year.
Kitchen is nice and bright with all appliances. The house has the benefit of 2 toilets.
Close to shops and cafes/takeaways, several churches, library & picture house, recreation ground plus Norwood Park & Brockwell Park a short distance away, tennis court (fee payable), train station. Buses 468, 68 to Camberwell, Elephant & Castle., Waterloo, Euston. Buses 2, 432, 196 to Brixton, Victoria. In the other direction, 468 to Croydon, 196 to Norwood Junction, 249, 432 to Crystal Palace, 315 to Streatham, Tooting.
Direct trains to Victoria/London Bridge/West Croydon, Clapham Junction for East Croydon. Nearest tube station is Brixton.
