Double Room in newly refurbished house

I am looking for a professional lady to share my space from Monday evening to Friday morning who goes out to work but lives and has a home which is too far away to commute. There are great rail links to Tulse Hill ( 12mins) and West Norwood ( 10mins) . 20 mins to London and 12 mins to St Paul's area. Free Parking.

The kitchen would be available for heating up meals( not for cooking from scratch) and for eating.
The house is clean and newly decorated. We take our shoes off at the door.
Personal Laundry would have to be taken home to wash.
Sheets, bedding and towels would be provided.
The room would be cleaned and the sheets changed every two weeks.
