Double room with it's own SE facing garden access

This is a double room at the back of the house with your own southeastern garden access.

The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside tables). There is fast broadband on the property. I personally don't watch TV and therefore you would have to be responsible for your own TV license. The room is at the back of the building, and it is very quiet. It has been just redecorated and has a new carpet.

The property is located a 7-minute walk from West Norwood station or a short bus ride to Tulse Hill. Both stations provide frequent connections to London Victoria and London Bridge in just under 30 min. There is also a short bus ride to Brixton with an array of bars and restaurants.

We have pretty much everything on our doorstep: cafes, Picture House cinema and a library, West Norwood Leisure Center, and tennis courts just 2 min walk from the door. We are surrounded by many parks, and it is generally a very green area.

I am working from home most days. I live with my son, who is 6 years old, and he is at school during the day.

I would prefer a non-smoking professional. A deposit of £800 is required.
