The large bedroom available comes fully furnished, 2 bedside draws, desk/makeup table, integrated lighted wardrobes and selves which provides ample amount of storage.

There is a high spec kitchen/dining room with a 65" smart TV. The fully integrated kitchen has all modern appliances including kitchen-island with integrated sink, tall fridge-freezers, 2 washer/dryers, dishwasher which leads onto a beautiful well maintained garden with a gym.

The potential new housemate will have access to a well maintained garden consists of various seating areas, BBQ and heated patio area for cold periods.
