Double room to rent

Hi, I have a double room to rent in a 2 bedroom maisonette. We are ground floor. Private entrance, the room has everything you need. the property has an entertainment room at the end of the garden, it has full dining room table and chairs. Large smart TV sofa etc and is where you can bring friends to entertain but please don’t drink my bar dry. You would be sharing the property with me and my 2 cats who keep themselves to themselves. We have all mod cons inside the property. I’m looking for a full time working male to join our household. I’d quite like them to be non hybrid working as I work from home 3 days a week. I’m social but also like me time and fully hope the person who takes the room up be the same. I don’t want anyone staying here locking themselves in their room.
