Double room to rent

Hi, I have a double room to rent in a 2 bedroom maisonette. We are ground floor. Private entrance.
The room has everything you need. the property has an entertainment room at the end of the garden, it has full dining room table and chairs. Large smart TV sofa etc and is where you can bring friends to entertain, or just watch the big screen, please don’t drink my bar dry. You would be sharing the property with me and my 2 cats Merlin and Freddie, who keep themselves to themselves.
We have all mod cons inside the property. kitchen has gas oven and hobs, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave oven and air fryer.
bathroom has shower, tub and toliet.
I’m looking for a full time working male to join our household. I don't mind what you do for a living as long as your working. I’d quite like them to be hybrid working as I work from home 3 days a week or a tradesman. (i've had a scaffolder live here)
I’m a kiwi, social but also like me time and fully hope the person who takes the room up be the same. I don’t want anyone staying here locking themselves in their room. not communicating and me not seeing the light of day in the room.
I am a very good cook and a feeder so there is always something to eat.
