Hello there and thank you for looking at my advert. I’m looking for a tenant who ideally is in the office full-time this is because I work from home 3 to 4 days a week. I also have a lovely toy poodle. So I ideally want somebody who is happy to be around dogs.

The room is available for 3 months, with the option to extend on a rolling monthly contract. So perfect for someone looking for flexibility.

Open to couple, but that will be £100 more a month to cover bills.

Wake up in a beautifully restored Victorian terrace on St Julian's Farm Road — one of West Norwood's most characterful streets, its name a nod to the old farmland once part of the historic Knight's Hill Common. Your double bedroom is bright, restful and thoughtfully styled, with garden views, soft linens, and all the little comforts that make a stay feel easy rather than temporary.

Downstairs, the shared living space is a proper treat: a working wood-burning stove set into the original fireplace, a bay window full of morning light, and doors out to a private garden with decking, a fire pit and loungers — perfect for a quiet coffee or an evening glass of wine under the trees.

**Getting around:** West Norwood and Tulse Hill stations are both a short walk away, with direct trains to Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction — central London in well under 30 minutes.
