We have TWO rooms available:

Room 1 – £800 per month

* Double room
* Strictly for ONE person only
* Not suitable for couples
* All bills included

Room 2 – £950 per month

* Larger, more spacious double room
* Suitable for ONE person or TWO people (a couple)
* All bills included

We are looking for working professionals who are friendly, clean, respectful and enjoy living in a peaceful and comfortable home.

House rules:

* No smoking or drugs in the house
* No parties or excessive noise
* Respect for other housemates and shared spaces
* Minimum rental period: 6 months
* Long-term tenants preferred

Excellent location:

Morrisons, Aldi, Iceland, McDonald’s, KFC and PureGym are all approximately 7–8 minutes’ walk away.

Several nearby bus stops provide convenient connections to Abbey Wood Station (Elizabeth Line), Woolwich, North Greenwich Station and other destinations.

We would love to welcome tenants who are looking for more than just a room — a pleasant, relaxed and respectful place to call home.

Please note: Only the larger £950 room is available for two people. The £800 room is strictly for single occupancy.
