WHAT WE OFFER
ALL-INCLUSIVE: Utility bills are included in the rent, and there's no deposit to pay.

FLEXIBLE STAY (rates are decreasing): The first-week rate is for the small single room £156, and then reduces to £119 per week from the fifth week onwards.
The first-week rate is for the other rooms £201 and then reduces to £140 per week from the fifth week onwards.

A WELCOMING HOME: Our Victorian house in Lewisham's Brockley/Telegraph Hill area (south of New Cross Gate) provides a clean, harmonious and friendly atmosphere.

SOCIABLE LIVING: We have a communal kitchen/living room where you can enjoy meals and conversation with other residents.

CONVENIENT FACILITIES: The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range cooker with two ovens, a combination microwave, a food processor and more. There's also a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional toilet and shower in an outbuilding.

FAST INTERNET: Enjoy fast, reliable internet access throughout the house with our gigabit optical wireless broadband.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We typically welcome PhD students, MA students, researchers, interns and professionals on projects who need to be close to universities, libraries and research institutions in central London. We are a mixed group with varied eating habits (including vegetarians and vegans) and we appreciate guests who are respectful, fair-minded and enjoy social interaction.

Our location offers easy access to Goldsmiths University (a 20-minute walk), London Bridge (10 minutes by train/overground), Blackfriars, Victoria, and Shoreditch Station (close to Liverpool Street) (15 minutes), and St Pancras (30 minutes). The London School of Economics, the School of Oriental and African Studies, the School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University College London, Birkbeck, and the British Library are all easily accessible. For instance, Brockley Overground/Railway Station is just a 5-minute walk away, Nunhead Railway Station is 12 minutes away, New Cross Gate Overground is 16 to 20 minutes away, and Greenwich and Blackheath are 40 minutes’ walk.
