Hello, we are Yvonne and Charm, and we are looking for a single Filipina who will be able to replace one of our flat mate as she needs to leave at the end of our lease - January 11, 2025. The available room is a single cozy room (floor area - 6.76 m2)

Fully refurbished and redecorated to a high standard throughout with fully marble tiled bathroom and WC.
Fitted kitchen with washer-dryer and integrated dishwasher.
Wooden flooring and deep pile lux carpet throughout.
Huge double glazed windows with leafy outlooks from public rooms, and views across parkland to Southbank from all bedrooms.
The living space is arranged over three floors with the kitchen, sitting room and balcony on the lower level, the bathroom and WC on the mid level, and the bedrooms on the upper level.
There is also excellent built-in storage space as well as generous landings at the entry level and the fire escape level.
The flat has a security entry system both at the main door entry and on the landing.
Hot water and central heating are included in the rent.
Other bills (council tax, thames water, octopus energy, hyperoptic) are not included and it ranges from £80-£120 monthly per person.
