Oval - 3 Rooms available

Unfortunately, my flatmates are moving out to live with their partners/friends, so 3 rooms are becoming available in our great flat in a really convenient location.
The flat has a shared bathroom plus a separate toilet, and the location is ideal — around 10 minutes from Oval and 15 minutes from Kennington, both on the Northern Line.
A bit about me: I’m 29, work in insurance in the City, and WFH twice a week. Outside of work, I enjoy watching a good film or series, pretty much any sport, and heading to the pub for a few drinks.
I’m looking for sociable, tidy and friendly housemates who are up for having a good balance between doing our own thing and enjoying the occasional drink, film night or dinner together.
Details:
all rooms are a similar size, £980 per month (This may change but from previous years increase has only been around £25.) This includes bills and a cleaner once every two weeks on a Tuesday.
