Rent is £1,050 pcm, including heating (perfect for these chilly winter months!).

Other bills including council tax, TV license, Netflix, gas/electricity and water are approximately £100 per month.

The flat is split over two floors and has 2.5 bathrooms, a private terrace and parking access available upon request.
Location-wise, it’s around a 12-minute walk to Oval station, 3 minutes to several bus stops and roughly 20 minutes door-to-door into central London. Burgess Park and Kennington Park are both around a 10-minute walk away.

You’d be living with 3 male working professionals aged 26-27. We’re friendly and tidy, into cycling, tennis, travel, cooking, films and like to hang out together while still respecting each other’s space. We’ve lived in this property for 2 years, have a great relationship with the landlords, and look forward to staying on.

We’re looking for someone of similar age (any gender welcome) who is respectful, neat and would be a great addition to the house.
