Description
We have two double bedrooms available in a beautiful 6-bed houseshare in Camberwell/Walworth. Rachel will be moving abroad and Ceci is moving in with her partner, and we are looking to fill their wonderful spots.
You’ll be sharing the house with 5 people - 3 guys 1 girl! (Gioia is the landlord & doesn’t live at the house). Everyone is 28-40 and super friendly. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must!
This is a sociable house and we enjoy hanging out in the living room watching TV, BBQs (on the rare occasion that it’s sunny), the occasional pub trip etc but equally we all respect each other’s space and people have their own things going on too.
Looking for someone who fits the vibe above and will help keep the place nice and tidy.
The house is a lovely Georgian terrace spread over 4 storeys and has a huge garden, living room, shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We’re on a really leafy residential street just 5 mins from Burgess Park. Oval and Kennington stations are less than a 15 minute walk a way and loads of bus routes stop nearby.
Rent excludes bills - these are roughly £120-150 per month extra and include a weekly cleaner and communal cleaning supplies, toilet roll etc.
1st room is available from 17th of April
2nd room is available from 1st of May
